We are your Precision Nutrition Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Coaches. We specialize in coaching lifestyle habits to help our clients create better eating habits. We are not registered dietitians or nutritionist. We are also trainers at Versus Strength and Conditioning in Hattiesburg, MS. Through our experience working with hundreds of clients, we realized it wasn’t that clients do not know what to eat—everyone knows you should eat more whole foods; but our clients lacked the “know how” and a plan to execute. This is why we created Clean Kitchen.
You know you need to eat better quality foods, but what are those? Do you need to cook? What recipes should you cook? What foods should you buy? Do you have to cook all your meals? How much food do you need to eat? How does exercise fit into all this?
Essentially, we will answer how to get healthy and stay that way for life. We answer how fit-looking people get their physiques and keep it. And no, it is not genetics.
You may be freaking out just a bit. But don’t worry, we start this program off slow and easy. Our focus of Clean Kitchen is to teach you how to plan for and prepare your own healthy meals, without stressing about it. We use our Precision Nutrition Habit Based coaching strategies, with our own meal prep planning, recipes and tips. Let’s face it, you may not be the best home cook, but you will still have to cook for yourself at some point. You will learn how easy it can be with a little planning and some habit changes.
Our job is to help you, guide you, and encourage you through this process of resetting your daily lifestyle.
Our coaches are not registered dietitians or nutritionist. Our coaches are Precision Nutrition Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Coaches, which is a lifestyle coaching certification. We primarily coach lifestyle habits, planning and cooking strategies, and recipes to inspire our clients to make better food choices and implement healthy daily habits. It is not in our professional scope to advise nutrition advice on any medical conditions. Any medical questions concerning a clients nutrition is directed to our program dietitian, Lauren Page, MS, RD, LD and to the client’s physician.
