MARY GODBOLD became and Clean Kitchen coach after completing her own Clean Kitchen 12 Week Challenge, and like many of our coaches, she wanted to give back through the program that changed her perspective about food and what it does for our bodies.
It is not just about weight loss, but more about full living and thriving no matter who you are or what your goal is. We believe the best coaching comes from personal experience and understanding where all our clients are starting.

I was in my early 20s, and it just did not seem like a big deal to me—until I realized that Clean Kitchen is about far more than just losing weight. It's about mindset, overall health, and genuinely feeling well.
The weight loss comes with all those things, but it isn't the only benefit, nor is it the main focus. There's so much to Clean Kitchen, which is one thing I love about it, so everyone can benefit from it. It's not for just one type of person.

Mary live in Hattiesburg, MS with my husband, David, and their 2 children, Connor and Madelyn. She is a coach at Versus Strength and Conditioning, as well as Clean Kitchen Coach, and holds an office job with a company that sells mailboxes nationwide. She decided to change careers in 2019, and is loving the new things she is doing and still learning a lot! She love hanging out with my family, playing tennis, and woodworking when she has the time.

My favorite part is using what I know to help other people see something new about the way they think about food and the way they eat. I also love seeing people realize that Clean Kitchen isn't about eating only baked chicken and lettuce for every meal--there are so many yummy, healthy options for food!
All of them! I love to eat. I really don't think I have a favorite. But if I had to pick one, I would pick lunch.
The Greek Salad...tomatoes, cucumbers and feta cheese are a heavenly combo! I could eat a Greek salad for every meal.
