12 Week Challenge?
The reasons why people fail to stick with healthy eating are not what you think.
It’s not your will or want.
It’s not your ability.
It’s not your genetics.
It has more to do with your lifestyle and schedules being rushed, unprepared, and busy. By the time we are hungry, there is no time to make good decisions so we go with the easy decisions.
Secondly, people make eating healthy hard when it doesn’t have to be. Learning to consistently eat better has nothing to do with counting calories, starving or eating bland food. Quite the opposite!
The 12 Week Challenge is an in-app course designed to help you learn what to eat, how to plan and prep for healthy meals to fit into your lifestyle.
Through our habit coaching we teach you:
• what you need to do;
• the why behind it;
• how to do it.
• and more importantly, how to make it stick.
Over the course of 13 weeks (includes a set up week), we teach you how to implement simple strategies for meal planning, easy cooking and habits into your daily life that will not only get you to your goal, but change what you do for life.
You are sent daily lessons to either read or listen to, along with daily habit goals to check off, with a few weekly assignments to help you practice what you are learning, all delivered via our app, “Clean Kitchen Challenge” available for download in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
We not only cover what to shop for, how to plan your meals, and fast meal prepping ideas, but we also deep dive into the importance of sleep and helping you set up new habits in what we call The 5 Big Habits of CK — sleep, water, plants, proteins, and vitamins, plus so much more.
No matter if your goal is to lose body fat or gain muscle, get shredded or just feel better, the path always starts with the same foundation—your foundational habits.
