ANNA GASTON has a passion for challenging her clients to strive to reach and unlock their full potential.

Her journey into coaching started when she competed in her first NPC show (National Physique Committee). Through competing it sparked an interest in how eating habits played a roll in body composition and health that led her to want to share her experience and motivation with others.

She enjoys building relationships with clients and inspiring them to bring forth the best version of themselves. In addition to building and providing a deep and meaningful coaching experience to her clients, she also holds them accountable to achieve their goals and implement the positive choices they’ve identified in their lives.

Anna lives in Hattiesburg, MS and aside from being a Clean Kitchen coach she coaches outdoor fitness classes at Versus Strength and Conditioning. When she is not coaching you will find her at the salon where she is also a licensed Cosmetologist. Her mission is making people feel good about themselves from the inside and out. “Compliment people. Magnify their strengths, not their weaknesses.”

There are so many great things honestly about being a Clean Kitchen coach, but the most rewarding is forming relationships with each of the clients as they journey through the program. Seeing them at their worst some days and then to see them come out on top and form life changing habits ,that to me is my favorite!! The overall changes in general that clients make are truly amazing! Knowing that you have helped motivate and encourage them to make a change and meet their goals is the greatest feeling!

My favorite moment of the 12 week challenge is when clients actually see changes happening and in that moment they realize , “hey, I CAN do this”! It's like a switch goes off and this boost of confidence arises and they become unstoppable. 

I am going to definitely say Breakfast!! I am an early riser and a creature of habit when it comes to my morning routine.I honestly look forward to my breakfast meal every morning : )

I would say my favorite foods are Mediterranean Flavors! I love the greek seasonings on my veggies and protein! My favorite CK recipes, I have several favorites but if I had to choose I would say the Chipotle Coconut shrimp and rice. I eat this at least once a week! The sweet coconut flavor is a major flavor bomb!! Coming in second is the Harissa Expresso meatballs. I could eat them literally at every meal including breakfast!
