LINDSEY HARDIN is a Licensed Master Social Work, who is interested in how nutrition and exercise are related to mental health.
Shortly after beginning her fitness journey at Versus Strength and Conditioning, Lindsey began learning about food and its role in our physical health, mental health, and emotional health. She quickly realized that nutrition is about more than diets and reaching the”ideal weight.”
Nutrition is about fueling our bodies to do what they were made to do-move! The confidence and energy you gain from fueling your body is so much more impactful than the weight on the scale. CK is here to help you experience this first hand!
Favorite Quote: “The obstacle is the way.”
"As humans, our innate instinct is to turn from things that we are afraid of or that stand in our way. This is a way of protecting us from potential harm. However, in turning, we miss out on opportunities for growth.
Failure is scary. Never experiencing growth is even more scary. The hardest things create the most satisfying reward. Give it a try! Press forward into the anxiety of signing up for the 12 week challenge. You won’t regret it!"

I love being able to show people that getting healthy does not mean starting a new diet. As coaches, we get to help people live free from a diet plan and restrictions, while still eating healthy and delicious foods!
BREAKFAST. I honestly look forward to going to bed, so that I can wake up and eat sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, mushrooms, and eggs. On repeat.
My favorite sweet recipe is Protein Banana Bread. Recently, the Mexican Lasagna has been my favorite (surprise, surprise)! My favorite food flavor influence… is Mexican Caribbean a thing? I love the combination of tropical fruits with Mexican spices: mangos, pineapple, plantains, lime, chipotle, avocado, jalapeños, etc.
