STEVE MCALISTER is the owner and operator of Versus Strength and Conditioning in Hattiesburg Mississippi. Versus is started as a small gym and has grown exponentially over the past 10 years. One thing that was lacking from the Versus experience was a habit based lifestyle program that helped clients make healthy choices. Exercise is only a small part of living a healthy lifestyle. So, Clean Kitchen was born out of necessity to help serve the clients of Versus.
