This one was inspired by a recipe one of our clients, Kimberly Moore. She made her's a little sweet with some Stevia, but I like mine without. Try both ways if you would like! Be sure to use it as the topping for your Buffalo Chicken Burger! Ingredients: 1/3 cup + unsweetened almond milk 1/3 cup greek yogurt (or more) 1/4 cup Reduced Fat Blue Cheese (I found this at Walmart) 1 tsp white wine vinegar 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp black pepper salt to taste Just mix and eat!
