Think sweet potato casserole with marshmallows on top. That's the flavor of this sweet potato blondie, but with a bread pudding texture. Its is wonderful! We use Quest Nutrition - Vanilla Milkshake Protein and have yet to try other flavors. We can't speak for using other protein powders or flavors, but the Quest Vanilla Milkshake is right on point!
