Do you like sweet and creamy Greek balsamic dressings? WE DO! This is a fantastic Greek balsamic dressing, and is super easy to whip up in no time flat. First, it's easy because we mix small batches, using only a single serving 5 oz Greek yogurt. Moreover, this pairs very well with meat and veggies, like the
Blue Cheese Turkey Burger pictured above. Simply use topped reduced fat blue cheese, then broil it in the oven, and finally, drizzle with dressing and serve! Also, the dressing keeps in the fridge for about three days, so it can last for multiple meals. Honestly, we eyeball all the seasonings, so use your own judgement! Really, cooking is always a matter of personal taste, so go as heavy or light on those seasonings as you like!

I put this stuff on ANYTHING. For example, we have used this on any veggie that we roast, like cauliflower and broccoli. Certainly, you should try a “warm green bean salad” with turkey bacon. Alternatively, try this turkey burger salad! This works great pretty much anywhere you want to add a zing of flavor.
