Servings: 1 - 2 depending on if you adding the "extras" to your mix. Combine in a food processor: 1 cup chopped watermelon 1 tsp lemon oil 1/2-1 tbs coconut balsamic 1/2 cup ice cubes Mix is blender! For cocktail: Mix with coconut rum or champagne for some fizz! For smoothie: Add to blender: 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder.
