Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • 1/3 cup Vanilla Premier Protein (or mix your own equivalent)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon pumpkin purée
  • 8 oz strong brewed coffee or espresso
  • Dash pumpkin pie seasoning
  • Stevia for desired sweetness
  • Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

In a large cup blend with immersion blender, blend 1/3 cup vanilla premier protein with pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice.

Add mixture to hot coffee and top with sprinkle of cinnamon.
