The Winter 2020 Clean Kitchen 12 Week Challenge did not end as we expected. Because of the Corona Virus, half way through the challenge our clients were thrown for a big loop when they had to adjust their newly learned routines and habits into another "new normal" and very uncertain time for anyone.
So, no, the CK Challenge Clients did not end the challenge like they expected because they exceeded their own expectations through this time period! And we could not be more proud. Through the upheaval of our normal everyday life, our Winter 2020 clients truly tested what we constantly preach—you need to learn a level of habits and actions you can stick with even on your worst day, then you can grow from there.
You will have bad days. Unmotivated days. Days when you don't care what your choices are. And man, a lot of people have had some bad days these past 2 months. But as for our clients, we armed them with a solid foundation and perspective to get them through some rough parts.
We armed them not only with knowledge of how to implement healthy eating habits, but also helped them develop their own reasons WHY they want to stick with it, even on the bad days. Our clients truly know the secret does not lie in how much "will power" or "self discipline" you can conjure up, but it truly lies in what you can consistently do every. single. day.
