- 1/4 cup chopped onion — use green onion for milder flavor
- 1 cup chopped grapes
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 4-5 oz non-fat plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
