Looking through these pictures you may be thinking, “I need to get on that plan” or “I need what they are taking.”
“That plan” is not something we give you. We actually help you build it for yourself. Ever heard the saying, “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime?” Well, that’s the concept here. We actually care that you learn these skills because it will serve you for a lifetime.
And what “they are taking” is nothing but good food and some good sleep habits. We do not want our clients to rely on supplements or gimmick plans. That is not what was intended for your body and health. The sooner you accept that the sooner you can really start to change for good.
What you see here are the results of a little more awareness of what is really going on, a little more effort in changing some lifestyle habits, and getting in an autopilot-groove of the habits. The action steps we coach are the foundation to what your health could become.
The secret is found in consistency in simple habits. But first, you have to let go of all these crazy ideas floating around that you have to be extreme in order to make progress or be a healthy individual.
We did not create the Clean Kitchen program for the fit people of the world—though they could learn a thing or ten from us as well.
We created the Clean Kitchen Challenge for the everyday people, working people with schedules and appointments to keep, people who rush around all day with a to-do list, people who just want to feel good but keep judging themselves based off of what the extremist are doing, the people who want to start but just do not know where to start.
Guys, you don’t have to feel this way!!! You don’t have to feel guilty, ashamed, intimidated, or that you should give up.
Below are a handful of examples of people who started a journey 12 weeks ago in the Fall 2019 Clean Kitchen 12 Week Challenge. Over the 12 weeks, through our daily lessons, practice and coach feedback, they figured out what works for them physically AND mentally. They figured out what was missing. They figured out what they can be consistent at. And that, my friend, is how you truly change where your health is headed.
Clean Kitchen is NOT a cookie-cutter plan. NOT measuring and counting everything you eat. NOT obsessing over carbs, or food timing, or whatever else you may have tried in the past.
