The Clean Kitchen 12 Week Challenge

Once you have the habits down, the results happen on their own. This is what we teach. Our program is designed top down to change your habits. With daily lessons and accountability from your coach, we get you consistently doing healthy lifestyle habits. The program is run through the Clean Kitchen Client Web App where clients receive daily lessons, habits check-offs, assignments, and contact with your personal coach.
