Looking through these pictures you may be thinking, “I need to get on that plan” or “I need what they are taking.”
“That plan” is not something we give you. We actually help you build it for yourself. Ever heard the saying, “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime?” Well, that’s the concept here. We actually care that you learn these skills because it will serve you for a lifetime.
And what “they are taking” is nothing but good food and some good sleep habits. We do not want our clients to rely on supplements or gimmick plans. That is not what was intended for your body and health. The sooner you accept that the sooner you can really start to change for good.
What you see here are the results of a little more awareness of what is really going on, a little more effort in changing some lifestyle habits, and getting in an autopilot-groove of the habits. The action steps we coach are the foundation to what your health could become.
Inches, pounds, pants sizes— they all go down. But what builds up is even more important…confidence, self-esteem, knowledge, action, happiness, excitement, understanding, forgiveness… the list can go on.
Do you know what really happens in the Clean Kitchen 12 Week Challenge? It’s not a weight loss program. It’s a complete re-train of what you think you know, what you think you have to do, what you think you like, and what you think you want.
We do not tell you what to do—we show you what healthy habits are, what consistency really looks like on a day-to-day basis, coach you how to get there and stay consistent. You have a full 12 weeks of practice to get really good at these habits, and as a result, your body composition changes.
These habits are not just for people who want to “lose weight.” These are the habits our coaches use and people living a healthy life, free of yo-yo dieting, crash diets, counting or gimmicks.
Because these habits are not a gimmick. These habits are what healthy individuals do as their “normal.” Do you get that?
We are people who:
eat majorly whole foods;
drink water as our beverage of choice;
we are never on a “diet;”
we love eating lots of food;
we see food for what it can do for us, rather than the enemy.
CK is not a magical meal plan, or precise macro-calorie-counting, or special systematic timing of meals. CK is real life application. We don’t go around weighing every once of food or telling ourselves we “can’t eat because it’s not time.” No, we learned to eat they way our bodies were intended to be nourished so there is no need for that.
The CK Challenge is about becoming a “different” person than you are now in every way. Not just physically as you see in these photos below, but in the way you think about food, how you plan, how you measure progress, how you talk to yourself and forgive yourself. More importantly, how you learn to love a process that is foreign to some of you now. By the end of week 12 you will get it, it’s automatic…it’s a habit 😉
The end of each 12 Week Challenge is always amazing for us. As coaches, we watch our clients go through a major change, and I am not talking about the physical changes you will see in these photos below.
“What I have enjoyed most about the Clean Kitchen program is the absolute FREEDOM I have felt in these 12 weeks.”
“I feel that I have finally achieved that “life change” that I need to maintain weight loss and a healthy lifestyle.”
“I love how easy it is! I really understand now what people mean when they say “lifestyle change” because that is exactly what I feel like CK is.”
Client feedback like this just confirms we are on the right path changing people’s lives for the long-haul. It is not about how much weight you can lose in 12 weeks, though clients lose a good bit. It is not about getting a rock-hard body the fastest way possible.
Clean Kitchen is a LIFE CHANGER.
Because regardless if you need to lose weight or have a goal to build muscle or just feel better, these habits and strategies we coach are how you get there. We help people build a solid foundation of habits and arm them with the know-how to take action whatever the goal is.
You want to lose weight? Do the habits. You want to gain muscle? Do the habits. You want to feel better? Do the habits.
135+ inches, from their waist alone, gone forever.
Weight-loss is a big draw for anyone to do a “challenge,” but ours is more of a brain-retrain. When you know better, you do better. But sometimes knowing what to do is not enough. You need accountability and a system in place to keep you consistent. This is what we coach and teach.
The Clean Kitchen 12 Week Challenge is not a “challenge to lose the most weight.” It is a challenge to change your life. And all our clients go through a life-changing experience during the 12 weeks. The by-product are the amazing results you see below.
Average weight-loss is about 10-15 pounds of body fat. But what is not measured on the scale is measured by the massive amounts of inches lost, and the boat-load of confidence all our clients, not just the ones you see here, gained during their time with us.
We coach people from the inside out and change not only their bodies, but their perspective about healthy living too.
Every time we finish another round of the Clean Kitchen 12 Week Challenge we are amazed by the progress our clients make. Many view the CK 12 Week Challenge as a “weight loss” program, and yes, our clients lose a lot of weight and even more inches. But Clean Kitchen is a lifestyle program developed you to learn how to eat, and as a result your body composition changes. The habits and strategies we are teaching will carry our clients well past these 12 weeks.
This challenge our clients lost 546.4 INCHES (and counting) from their bodies!
We are so proud of all our clients. Check out a sampling of some of the progress pictures turned in for the chance to win $1000! There is only one winner of the cash, but everyone has won their life back. Congrats to everyone!
And this happened in 12 Weeks. The knowledge and habits developed during these past 12 weeks will carry them onward to week 13 and beyond! We created Clean Kitchen Challenge not as a weight-loss program, but more as a lifestyle program. Our goal is not for our clients to “lose the most weight.” Our goal is for our clients to develop skills and strategies to help them make healthy eating and choices a lifestyle that will carry them much longer than just a short 12 weeks. Congrats to everyone. Your coaches are so proud of all the progress you have made, including the non-scale victories!
Below are a handful of clients who turned in progress pictures for the progress picture vote of “most visual change.” The voting is anonymous, as are the client pictures! The picture with the most votes wins $1000 CASH!!
The numbers and pictures are impressive. But even more impressive is the life changed behind these pictures and numbers! And the way we change people is slowly. In the Clean Kitchen challenge we slowly teach habits, strategies, and re-train their brains to think outside of gimmick diets and super complicated meal plans. We don’t count macros, we teach people to prepare and eat FOOD. We coach people into a better relationship with food and their body. It is hard to put in words what we “do,” but one fact is our clients leave the challenge prepared, confident, a little lighter, and ready to really live life!
Twenty-seven clients sent in progress pictures. In these pictures below you are seeing
427.4 pounds LOST and 412.5 inches GONE!
But those that only sent in measurements and weight added to that number in a BIG way.
Every 12 week Challenge we see amazing results. But we measure “results” in many different ways. The pictures get a lot of attention and they are nothing short of amazing, but when we hear feedback from our clients (like below), we know we helped change a life for good. And those kind of “results” you do not get to see in a picture or girth measurements.
But you know, we still get incredibly giddy about seeing some incredible transformations in body composition as well!!!!!! Here is a sampling of the Summer 2017 Challenge class. You guys will inspire so many people to take the leap of faith because you did 12 weeks ago. Congrats to all participants!! We can not wait to see how the rest of your journey unfolds. And of course, we will always be there supporting you the entire way!
That is the total combined pounds lost of all the clients who just finished the Winter 2017 Clean Kitchen 12 Week Challenge. Honestly, that number is probably much higher but some people did not log final measurements! That number has nothing on inches lost by all participants. We are SO proud of every group that comes through CK. This group is no different. Each of them conquered not only physical barriers, but mental barriers.
As a group they lost almost 1000 POUNDS of body fat off their bodies.
And even though it is not required to turn in a progress picture, a handful did and you can SEE the change in not just a number on the scale. Below are examples of many types of progress. Some lost up to 30-45 pounds, majority where in the 10-15 pound range, and some lost 2-5 pounds. I tell you these numbers because I know you hold value in the scale and it will grab your attention. But going through the CK Challenge is not about losing the most weight on the scale. It’s about becoming aware of what you are doing. It’s about learning these new habits and strategies. It’s about how consistent can you be. And then you can watch the results fall into place and possibly win $1000! Our winner was not the “biggest loser” in weight, but she was the most visible change voted on by her fellow CKers. The scale is just a tool of measurement, but it does not define how far we have come. There is so much more progressed measured than just by a scale. Just ask our clients what we mean!
We encourage our clients to keep up with taking progress pictures as they continue outside of the Clean Kitchen Challenge. Even better is when they send us updates! Here is a client from the Summer 2016 progress pictures. First set is start of CK challenge, second is the end of CK Challenge, and third is 3 months post CK Challenge. Our clients learn it is not just 12 weeks, it’s a lifestyle of habits that keep you going. It is not about being perfect, because no one ever is. The journey is about awareness and making good decisions for yourself without someone telling you to. In the Clean Kitchen 12 Week Challenge you learn HOW to do this. Healthy habits are actually very simple. It takes effort and work, but it is not the restrictive or as complicated as you imagine.We can not wait to see what happens in another 6 months!!!
