Kellar’s Chicken Salad

Super simple and delicious! For an on-the-go lunch, try this on top of a salad and more veggies or make it into a whole wheat wrap. Ingredeints:

Fresh

  • 2 chicken breast (crock pot chicken recipe) or rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion — use green onion for milder flavor
  • 1 cup chopped grapes
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 4-5 oz non-fat plain greek yogurt

 

Pantry

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Directions:

Mix and enjoy!
